A project-oriented FF&E specifications management system for architects, interior designers and FF&E purchasers, FF&Ez is designed to minimize repetitive typing while maximizing the number of ways in which project budgets, room contents and their associated specifications can be presented to clients.

FF&Ez tracks clients, projects, project areas, rooms, objects and specifications, along with the associated vendors. Its flexible database design allows you to present this information in a variety of formats, from the planning and budgeting phase through final design presentation. The software is available with single-user, multi-user site and corporate licenses. There are two versions: Design, typically used by architecture and design firms and Design/Purchasing, which allows you (or another firm) to convert your design specs into purchase orders, adding the ability to order, track and expedite the work.

Please note: FF&Ez-Design version 2.00 is now available, with a more efficient layout and new tools for creating projects. The matching version of FF&Ez-Design/Purchasing will be available shortly. The 1.5 version is still available and is fully upgradeable when the new version is released.
