FF&EZ allows you to save repeating items of text that need to appear each time you print certain reports or documents. Each type of report or document (such as a price quote or a purchase order) has its own boilerplate entry, including custom formats if the standard version included a boilerplate option. Once you enter text into one of these, it will appear on that report format until you edit or clear the entry. 

Access to the boilerplate editing window is via the Edit Boilerplate button that will appear either under "Report Options" on the Reports Setup screen, or in the format options for documents such as purchase orders. 

Note that some report formats have an additional boilerplate option, which most frequently appears as a longer "Terms and Conditions" section at the end of the report. If a second boilerplate is part of the format, a second editing button will appear, typically labeled Edit Terms.
