Reprinting Purchase Orders
Previous Topic  Next Topic

This function works very much like the Issue Orders function, except that the scope only shows orders that have already been issued. Please note that the "Comment" and boilerplate "Note" information is not saved with orders, so a reprinted order will print the text that is currently active on your system.

Unless you disable the option, all reprinted orders include any revision notes that have been added due to changes, while all order items will reflect the current quantities for the order (adjusted by actual shipped amounts you've entered) unless you enable the "Print original quantities" option.

Note: If you use the Preview function to preview orders, keep in mind that each order is a separate document (report). This means that the preview will close and then open to show the next order (if any) when you click on the large red "X" ("exit") button on the preview toolbar (this is a "door" icon on the legacy toolbar). However, if you press [Esc] instead, the system will ask if you want to cancel any further previewing.
