FF&E Worksheet

Fixed: The "Clone into" command was creating non-visible entries that did not affect reports, but did report an incorrect quantity on the Specification screen's "Usage" section.

If you have been using this command, we recommend using a special plug-in utility that will remove the extra entries:

  1. If using an external backup utility, run that. Then start FF&EZ (close and restart if it was already running).
  2. If not using an external backup, immediately use Utilities> Back up database to create a basic data backup.
  3. Use Utilities> Run a special form to run "FindMultiOccs.scx"
  4. Use the Scan option to see if any data needs to be fixed (this will produce a text file you can review).
  5. If needed, use that utility's Fix option to remove extraneous records (this also produces a text file showing which extra entries were removed).

Specifications

[Enhanced] The Pricing Tool has been modified to allow the vendor  discount feature to be used with the current query, instead of only the "vendor" or "supplier" options. Note that users should be careful that a query does not include specifications (typically from more than one vendor) that should not be given the same discount.
