General

The "Importing Data from External Sources" Help subject was updated to show the correct field sizes for the "Size" and "Code" fields.

[Fixed] The "Include legacy reports" option was not working properly. Selecting the option will now show any legacy reports that are available for the screen on which you are working (the option will not appear if none are available).

[Enhanced] The "Display PDF?" option on the general Reports Setup will remember your last setting until you exit from FF&EZ.

Client List

[Fixed] The "Client Detail Report" was leaving some Client IDs blank when it was printed. Also, the "Country" was not being printed on primary addresses that included an entry for that field.

Project List

[Fixed] The "Project Detail Report" had some misaligned or blank elements due to the slightly wider width of text printed by the Version 4 report engine.

FF&E Worksheet

[Fixed] The Utilities> Import List command did not reflect the current sizes of the spec "Size" and "Code" fields.

[Fixed] Some of the fields in the "Budget Detail by Area, Room" report were set to show the "$" symbol instead of the currency chosen for the project.

[Fixed] The "Illustration Sheet by Tag" and "...by Class, Tag" were  ignoring the "Show price for each component?" option and printing the component price regardless of the setting.

[Enhanced] The "Illustration Sheet" reports now include an option to control whether the revison date and code are printed.

Object List

[Enhanced] The "Object Usage List" report now has an option to control whether the report includes only objects that have been used in the FF&E Worksheet or includes only unused objects. The latter setting is useful for final auditing of a project.

[Enhanced] The Object "Code" field now accepts up to 15 characters.

Specifications

[Fixed] The Utilities> Import List command did not reflect the current sizes of the spec "Size" and "Code" fields.

FF&E Worksheet

[New] A  new option on the Order... command adds the room name to the room ID when the "Show locations or usage" option is enabled. The format of the resulting section on the order item is adjusted to allow more room for each usage line.
